School Techniques

Togashi Tatooed Monk
Each tattoo can be used a number of times equal to you School Rank
Tattoo 1 Phoenix When targeted by a hostile spell, you may call upon the power of this tattoo to raise the TN of the spell by your school rank x5. Alternatively, when targeted by a friendly spell, you may call upon this tattoo to give the caster a number of free raises equal to your School Rank.
Tattoo 2 Dragon Activating this tattoo is an attack action. You roll to attack using your Fire Ring/School Rank (keeping equal to your ring.) and may strike a number of opponents equal to your school rank as long as they are all within 50ft. Damage is equal to Fire Ring/School Rank again. You suffer (5 minus Void) dice of wounds but can not be reduced below down by these wounds.
Tattoo 3 Hurricane You may activate this tattoo by spending a void point tiggering a great gust of wind. All enemies within 20’ suffer a penalty on attack and damage rolls equal to 5 x your School Rank. Ranged attacks that target you or an ally withing 20’ suffer a penalty equal to twice your School rank. These affects stack. Both effects last for a number of rounds equal to your School Rank +2.
Tattoo 4 Bat Raises your Reflexes by your School Rank. Lasts for a number of rounds equal to your School Rank +1.
Tattoo 5 Mountain Raises your Earth by your School Rank. This also affects Stamina and Willpower traits. Lasts for a number of rounds equal to your School Rank +1. When this effect ends if you have taken enough wounds to kill you, you are instead left with one wound in the Out Wound lvl.
